STV Engineering is seeking an experienced and documentation-proficient QA/QC Engineer specialized in façade works for a high-rise building project in Baku. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing façade installations in compliance with technical documentation and quality standards, as well as preparing and maintaining accurate quality documentation in a timely manner.

• Daily site supervision and inspection of façade works
• Preparation and management of quality documentation, including ITPs, method statements, checklists, NCRs, MIRs, and related reports
• Ensuring façade activities comply with project drawings, technical specifications, and international standards
• Coordinating with subcontractors and consultants regarding quality matters
• Preparation of as-built documentation and archiving of relevant inspection records
• Participation in internal audits and client inspections
• Supervision of façade material delivery processes, mock-up installations, and sequence of works
Namizədə tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade works, preferably in high-rise building projects
• Solid technical knowledge of façade systems including unitized, stick, ACP, curtain wall, stone cladding, etc.
• Proven experience in preparing QA/QC documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
