STV Engineering is seeking an experienced and documentation-oriented QA/QC Engineer for Mechanical Works to join its ongoing construction projects in Baku. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems to ensure compliance with the project specifications and international quality standards.

• Conduct daily technical and quality inspections of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems on site
• Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, method statements, inspection checklists, NCRs, MIRs, and others
• Verify that installed systems conform to project drawings and technical specifications
• Inspect materials and equipment to ensure compliance with technical requirements and prepare related acceptance reports
• Provide technical oversight during functional testing, commissioning, and handover processes
• Coordinate quality-related activities with subcontractors and project team
• Prepare and review as-built documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits, and provide quality reports as required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in mechanical systems within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Familiarity with international and local standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, EN, SNIP, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and handling technical documentation
• Experience in quality documentation management and technical site supervision
• Ability to identify field issues and propose effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking skills
